I am keeping focused and positive about the market this spring/summer! As the weather is getting warmer here in Illinois we are seeing more buyers out and about. I am ready for and am expecting a great year. Interest rates are still wonderful, there are a lot of homes to choose and the time is right. I think we need to fight back on all the negative press and see the glass as half full instead of half empty. Keep positive and it will happen!
